Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What would cause my return/exchanged item to be denied?

• Items returned without all vendor tags attached.

• Items returned with obvious use, sneakers, T-shirt, swimwear, or bags damaged.

• Shoes returned without a box or with damage to the box may be denied.

• swimwear, sneakers and clothes that have been used and/or returned with a broken seal and/or without their original packaging.

• Handbags that are sold with a dust bag and are returned without their dust bag.

• Items sold as sets that are not returned as a set.

• Final Sale items returned for a refund rather than exchange.

• Returns postmarked after the Return window has ended.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will reply to you with our nearest warehouse address within 48 hours.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
